Enroll

Community School of the Arts eliminates financial barriers to arts programs by offering full scholarships for our after-school arts programs. Once enrolled in our program, all costs are covered and instruments are provided to students who do not have their own.

CSA welcomes students of all backgrounds and levels of experience in the arts. Students are expected to set goals, participate in CSA events, practice outside of lessons, and demonstrate consistent commitment to the program. Parents/guardians must be able to provide transportation.

CSA is a community- we hold ourselves to high standards and also expect our students to be engaged, open-minded, and respectful.

Who Qualifies?

Financial eligibility is determined by a simple formula: take home pay ÷ number of people in your household. Whether or not you think you qualify, please know that the specific needs of your child factor in to our assessment, so please complete and submit the simple and confidential financial disclosure form, and every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

While financial eligibility is a factor, we also consider students who are facing unique challenges, can benefit from additional support, or face specific barriers to participation in arts. Our staff take each student’s unique needs and circumstances into account when determining eligibility and creating a program plan. We will make appropriate accommodations for students with disabilities.
